

The 2003 Vintage Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has complex layers of sweet black plum, dusty cocoa, earth, sagebrush and black spice. A supple and elegant texture gives the wine a velverty mouthfeel and leads to a long finish of espresso and cocoa. Delicious upon release, optimal cellaring time is 4 – 15 years from vintage.
